Island Wines & Dinner

Join us for an evening exploring island wines shaped by volcanic soils, coastal climates and local traditions across Japan, Santorini, Canary Islands, Sicily, Corsica and Madeira. Through a Mediterranean inspired tasting menu prepared by yours truly and @emreicdemir , we will also explore how very different styles of island wines interact with food through acidity, texture, salinity, spice and smoke.
