Jura Wine Dinner

This year's Christmas Wine Dinner event will be all about Jura, one of my personal favorite wine regions. From sparkling, to the light reds, from fresh ouille wines to the oxidative Vin Jaune and sweet Vin de Paille we will be discovering the various styles and grape varieties of the region accompanied with some modern and classic dishes to match each wine. As this region holds a special place in my heart i wanted to showcase some of my favorite wines with some of my all time favorite dishes.
